Ian Foulk is a photographer, editor, and video producer based in Washington, D.C. A graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design, his passion for storytelling, history, and photojournalism drives his recent work.
His camera has taken him from the center of chaotic clashes between demonstrators and law enforcement to the quiet echoing halls of Capitol Hill, capturing the people, places, and moments that make Washington, D.C. unique. His trusted relationships have also lifted many ‘velvet ropes’, providing opportunities to document meaningful moments and experiences rarely seen by the public.
Ian currently works with a range of national and local organizations, creating thoughtful and engaging visual stories that connect people with their history, potential, and community.
